Since 2012, Woods High Mountain Distillery has been serving innovative cocktails and spirits in our downtown Salida tasting room and distillery. The menu is always changing as we constantly strive to make delicious and beautiful craft cocktails that highlight our spirits in every glass we pour. Not into cocktails? No Problem… Our fine Craft Spirits are perfect served neat, on a rock, or with a splash of water.

The tasting room is open daily from noon to 10ish. Tables are spaced at least 6ft apart in the tasting room and on our sidewalk tables.  We’ve had to make a few changes to the ordering process due to COVID-19 and are asking customers to wear masks when not seated and maintain social distance from other customers.  Tours are available by reservation only.

Bottle sales and Cocktails to-go are also available for online orders and Pick-up.
