Fleur de Sureau Elderflower Liqueur
Wood’s Fleur de Sureau Elderflower Liqueur is distilled with dried elderflower, lemon peel and finished with local honey. Fleur de Sureau has strong floral and earth notes with hints of raspberry. This lightly sweetened liqueur adds beautiful complexity to cocktails and brings a Hugo Spritz to life.
Hugo Spritz
1.5 oz. Fleur de Sureau Elderflower Liqueur
Fresh mint
3 oz. chilled Prosecco or other sparkling wine
1 oz. soda water
Garnish: A sprig of mint & lemon wheel
Preparation
Gently muddle the Fleur de Sureau and mint leaves in wine glass (or collins glass, if no wine glasses are available) or slap the mint to release the oils and add.
Add ice, prosecco and soda water and give a quick stir.
Garnish with the fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel and enjoy!
