Since 2012, Woods High Mountain Distillery has been serving innovative cocktails and spirits in our downtown Salida tasting room and distillery. The menu is always changing as we constantly strive to make delicious and beautiful craft cocktails that highlight our spirits in every glass we pour. Not into cocktails? No Problem… Our fine Craft Spirits are perfect served neat, on a rock, or with a splash of water.
The innovative Cocktail program is created by the incredibly talented Taylor “Gingi” Howell and features house made bitters and mixers along with only fresh citrus and beautiful garnishes. The cocktails are a feast for both the eyes and the palette.

Scheduled Tours are currently not available but will accommodate tour requests if we can.
