Alpine Rye Whiskey

Alpine Rye features a mash bill of malt-rye and  specialty barley malts. Aged a minimum of three years in new charred American oak barrels. It starts with a slightly smoky rye spice, followed by a hint of dark chocolate, orange peel, and cinnamon toast and finishes with caramel, coffee and spice.

Our malt rye and chocolate malts are local Colorado grown in our neighboring San Luis Valley and it has received a 91 point rating from Whiskey Advocate Magazine.

Alpine Rye is a unique spirit unlike any rye in the world. The combination of San Luis Valley Malted Rye, the Chocolate and Cherry Malts, and the special maturation environment in Colorado combines to make a special and unusual whiskey.
