Classic Cocktail Menu

please choose your spirit

Rye- Old Fashion (pre prohibition)

  • Woods Alpine Rye Whiskey- 2oz
  • Angostura Bitters- 2 dashes
  • Orange Bitters- 4 dashes
  • Simple Syrup*- 1/8oz (A bar spoon or two to taste)

Simply add all ingredients to a glass and stir to chill. Remove ice with a strainer to keep the drink at a good water ratio or pour over fresh ice. A large ice cube or whiskey stone will have the least surface area so minimal hydration will occur. As always enjoy responsibly.

*A simple syrup can be made with your favorite sweetener cut in half with water.

Malt Whiskey- Manhattan

  • Woods Tenderfoot Whiskey- 2oz
  • Vino Salida Rosso Vermouth- 1oz
  • Angostura Bitters- 2 dashes

Treeling Gin- Southside

  • Woods Treeline Gin- 1.5oz
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice- 0.5oz
  • Simple Syrup*- 0.5oz
  • Fresh Mint- 3 whole sprigs

Add 2 mint sprigs to shaker with lemon juice and muddle lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker and shake for 10-12 good shakes. Double strain over fresh ice in a low ball. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig. As always enjoy responsibly.

Hopped Gin- Gin and Tonic

  • Woods Mountain Hopped Gin- 1.5oz
  • Fever Tree Tonic

This one is as straight forward as it gets. Pick your favorite tonic from Fever Tree and add the gin. An herbal refreshing twist to a classic.

Barrel Rested Gin- Negroni

  • Woods Barrel Rested Treeline Gin- 1oz
  • Vino Salida Rosso Vermouth- 1oz
  • Campari Liqueur- 1oz

A perfect twist on a classic. Add all ingredients to a proper stirring glass and stir with ice until chilled. Served neat or on the rocks. Garnish with half a moon orange slice.

Elderflower Liqueur- Mountain Collins

  • Woods Mountain Hopped Gin- 1.5oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur- 0.5oz
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice- 0.5oz
  • Simple Syrup*- 0.5oz
  • Soda Water

Add ice and all mixers excluding soda water to shake tin and give a few quick shakes. Pour over fresh ice into a Collins glass and top with soda water.
